Nawal is currently running a non-profit project, Niyyah Foundation, which aims to eliminate food poverty in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. She is the co-founder of Project Qalam, a not-for-profit venture that volunteers teachers for schools such as SOS and Master Ayub’s school.
